The High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ) football nudged the visiting Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 20-19 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Kittatinny Regional Cougars (Newton, NJ) in a Super - American Blue bout, on Friday, September 30. High Point will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 52-0 league loss to Newton (Newton, NJ).

The (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ). The Tigers enter the Super - American Blue bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Hackettstown held off Whippany Park (Whippany, NJ), 32-0, in a non-league bout.
