The Smoky Hill Buffaloes football team (Aurora, CO), was beaten 17-8 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Highlands Ranch Falcons (Highlands Ranch, CO)

The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars come into the 5A League 5 challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Rock Canyon achieved victory over Arapahoe (Centennial, CO), 28-17, in a non-league challenge.

The Buffaloes now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arapahoe for a 5A League 4 challenge on Thursday, September 29. Smoky Hill will meet a Warriors team coming off a 28-17 non-league loss to Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
