The Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) football routed the visiting Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV), 56-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Huskies face the Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV) in a Cardinal bout, on Friday, September 30. Hoover will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 39-19 league loss to Scott (Madison, WV).

The Indians (0-5) will now prepare for their bout against Poca (Poca, WV). The The Dots enter the Cardinal bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Poca walloped Mingo Central (Matewan, WV), 41-7, in a non-league bout.
