September 23, 2023: Ligonier, PA 15658 The Ligonier Valley Rams football team (Ligonier, PA), was knocked off 36-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA)
The Ironmen (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Apollo Ridge Derry (Derry, PA), 14-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burrell for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 7. Ligonier Valley will meet a Bucs team coming off a 36-24 non-league win over Yough (Herminie, PA). The Bucs record now stands at 4-0.
