New Mexico High School Soccer - Sandia nudges Hobbs
September 23, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87110 Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now possess a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Teresa for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 26. Hobbs will confront a Desert Warriors team coming off a 1-1 non-league Lovington (Lovington, NM). The Desert Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
