September 23, 2023: Gallup, NM 87301 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) and the visiting Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), saw Miyamura's volleyball squad beat Capital by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Miyamura upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Patriots host Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to play the Pintos in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Pintos go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Moriarty lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Grants (Grants, NM)
The Jaguars now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Espanola Valley for a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. Capital will play a Sundevils squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 0-4.
