California High School Volleyball - Elk Grove tips Westmoor
September 23, 2023: Elk Grove, CA 95624 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA) and the visiting Westmoor Rams (Daly City, CA), saw Elk Grove's volleyball squad nip Westmoor by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Elk Grove upgrades its record to 3-7 on the year. The Thundering Herd travel to Davis (Davis, CA) to confront the Blue Devils in a test on Tuesday, October 3. The Blue Devils enter the test with a record of 11-2.
The Rams (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Vista del Lago held off Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
