New Mexico High School Volleyball - Farmington edged by Rio Rancho
September 23, 2023: Rio Rancho, NM 87124 The Rio Rancho Rams volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Farmington Scorpions to 1 in the Rams non-league victory on Saturday.
The Rams now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 26. Rio Rancho will meet a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 1-6.
The Scorpions (5-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Horsemen enter the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, St. Michael's held off Miyamura (Gallup, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
