Ohio High School Soccer - Bexley knocks off Granville
September 23, 2023: Granville, OH 43023 Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Granville Blue Aces (Granville, OH), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions face the Whitehall-Yearling Rams (Whitehall, OH) in a Central Buckeye challenge, on Wednesday, September 27. Bexley will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH).
The Blue Aces now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloom-Carroll for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 26. Granville will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-2.
