Missouri High School Soccer - Warrensburg nudges Bolivar
September 23, 2023: Bolivar, MO 65613 Warrensburg Tigers (Warrensburg, MO) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Bolivar Liberators (Bolivar, MO), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks (Pleasant Hill, MO) in a Missouri River Valley - West challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. Warrensburg will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Roosters/Chicks enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to St. Paul Lutheran (Concordia, MO).
The Liberators now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Camdenton for a Ozarks challenge on Tuesday, September 26. Bolivar will confront a Lakers team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, MO). The Lakers record now stands at 11-3.
