Missouri High School Softball - Helias bounces Chillicothe
September 23, 2023: Chillicothe, MO 64601 The Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO) softball routed the host Chillicothe Hornets (Chillicothe, MO), 11-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Crusaders (17-7) will now prepare for their bout against Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO). The Bruins go into the non-league bout with a 14-7 record. In their last bout, Rock Bridge was routed by Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO), 6-5, in a non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Fatima for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. Chillicothe will confront a Comets squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over St. Elizabeth (St. Elizabeth, MO). The Comets record now stands at 18-2.
