Missouri High School Softball - New Bloomfield holds off Waynesville
September 23, 2023: Waynesville, MO 65583 New Bloomfield Wildcats (New Bloomfield, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Waynesville Tigers (Waynesville, MO), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fatima for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 25. New Bloomfield will battle a Comets squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Chillicothe (Chillicothe, MO). The Comets record now stands at 22-2.
With the loss, Waynesville falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Parkview (Springfield, MO) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 28. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 0-11. Parkview lost 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Plains (West Plains, MO)
