Arizona High School Volleyball - Arete Prep nudged by Dobson
September 23, 2023: Gilbert, AZ 85234 The Dobson Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Arete Prep CHARGERS to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Mustangs now possess a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Red Mountain for a 6A - East Valley game on Tuesday, September 26. Dobson will meet a Mountain Lions team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Westwood (Mesa, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 9-7.
The CHARGERS (2-9) will now prepare for their game against San Tan Charter (Gilbert, AZ). The Roadrunners enter the 2A - Valley game with a 16-4 record. In their last game, San Tan Charter nipped Benson (Benson, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
