September 23, 2023: Braham, MN 55006 The McGregor Mercuries volleyball team (McGregor, MN), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Braham Bombers (Braham, MN)
The Bombers (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] (Isle, MN). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] defeated Aitkin (Aitkin, MN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mercuries encounter the Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels (Moose Lake, MN) in a Polar challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. McGregor will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 3-1 non-league win over East Central (Sandstone, MN).
