San Tan Charter Roadrunners (Gilbert, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Camelback Spartans (Phoenix, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league game.

The Roadrunners now possess a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Window Rock for a non-league game on Saturday, September 23. San Tan Charter will meet a Fighting Scouts team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Miyamura (Gallup, NM). The Fighting Scouts record now stands at 5-7.

The Spartans (8-10) will now prepare for their game against North (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs enter the 6A - Metro game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, North nipped Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a league game.
