With the win, Corbin upgrades its record to 14-4 on the year. The Redhounds travel to Lafayette (Lexington, KY) to face the Generals in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 23. The Generals go into the outing with a record of 15-12. Lafayette lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Bardstown (Bardstown, KY)
The Eagles now own a 5-18 record. They play next when they travel to North Hardin Christian for a District 17 outing on Tuesday, September 26. Fort Knox will face a Falcons squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Portland Christian (Louisville, KY). The Falcons record now stands at 13-13.
