In Saturday's non-league contest, the Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Cornerstone Christian Warriors (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Lions battle the Parish Episcopal Panthers (Dallas, TX) in a TAPPS 6A District 1 contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Prestonwood Christian will attempt to better on its 24-4 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ursuline Academy (Dallas, TX).

With the loss, Cornerstone Christian moves to 28-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Davenport (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Wolves in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 26.
