Washington High School Volleyball - Federal Way can't hold off Peninsula
September 23, 2023: Federal Way, WA 98003 The Federal Way Eagles volleyball team (Federal Way, WA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA)
The Seahawks (12-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington (Tacoma, WA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Washington nudged Foss (Tacoma, WA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA) in a 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Cascade) match, on Monday, September 25. Federal Way will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA).
