Minnesota High School Soccer - New Ulm toppled by Mankato East
September 23, 2024: Mankato, MN 56001 Mankato East Cougars (Mankato, MN) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN), 12-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Mankato East advances its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Delano (Delano, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 4-6. Delano won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN)
The Eagles now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. New Ulm will clash with a Titans team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN). The Titans record now stands at 1-8.
