September 23, 2024: Forest, VA 24551 The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers football squad scored 40 points and limited the visiting Heritage Pioneers to 6 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cavaliers now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rustburg for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. Jefferson Forest will meet a Red Devils squad coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Brookville (Lynchburg, VA). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Heritage drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-0. Liberty Christian won 43-6 in their recent non-league test against Amherst County (Amherst, VA)
