September 23, 2024: Bloomington, IL 61705 Cornerstone Christian Cyclones (Bloomington, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Judah Christian Tribe (Champaign, IL), 6-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Cornerstone Christian moves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Cyclones host East Peoria (East Peoria, IL) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 3-12. East Peoria lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Washington (Washington, IL)
The Tribe now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Urbana University for a East Central Illinois test on Thursday, September 26. Judah Christian will clash with a Illineks team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Centennial (Champaign, IL). The Illineks record now stands at 10-5.
