Kansas High School Soccer - Life Prep knocks off Independence
September 23, 2024: Park City, KS 67219 The Life Prep Fire soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Independence Bulldogs to 2 in the Fire non-league victory on Monday.
The Fire now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Heights for a Greater Wichita bout on Tuesday, October 8. Life Prep will play a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 league win over South (Wichita, KS). The Falcons record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Independence moves to 1-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Fort Scott (Fort Scott, KS) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Fort Scott lost 5-0 in their recent league bout against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, KS)
