North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Rowan overwhelmed by Carson

September 23, 2024: China Grove, NC 28023

Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Carson improves its record to 15-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Robinson (Concord, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a South Piedmont 3A test on Wednesday, September 25. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 4-10. Robinson lost 3-0 in their recent league test against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC)

The Mustangs now own a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to A.L. Brown for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 25. East Rowan will face a Wonders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wonders record now stands at 6-10.
