September 23, 2024: Santa Monica, CA 90404 New Roads Jaguars (Santa Monica, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hawthorne Math & Science Academy The Aviators (Hawthorne, CA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, New Roads improves its record to 11-11 on the season. The Jaguars host California Academy of Math & Science (Carson, CA) to face the Coyotes in a Coastal test on Friday, September 27. The Coyotes go into the test with a record of 8-2. California Academy of Math & Science won 3-0 in their recent league test against Rolling Hills Prep (San Pedro, CA)
The The Aviators now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Geffen Academy for a Coastal test on Tuesday, September 24. Hawthorne Math & Science Academy will face a Bruins squad coming off a 3-0 league win over New Roads (Santa Monica, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 5-3.
