Mesquite Wildcats (Gilbert, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the host Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ), 49-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Mesquite improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Combs (San Tan Valley, AZ) to play the Coyotes in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Coyotes go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Combs won 47-0 in their recent non-league battle against Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Coyotes now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Camelback for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. Skyline will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 63-0 non-league loss to Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
