The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) and the visiting Blue River (David City, NE), observed Aurora's softball team prevail over Blue River by a tally of 8-0.

The Huskies (10-9) will now prepare for their bout against Lakeview (Columbus, NE). The Vikings go into the B District 7 bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Lakeview knocked off Seward (Seward, NE), 11-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the clash with the York Dukes (York, NE) in a B District 7 bout, on Thursday, September 25. Blue River will attempt to advance on its 13-6 season record. The Dukes go into the bout with a 12-11 record after their 11-0 league loss to Northwest (Grand Island, NE).
