The Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls topped the host Trinity Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Fighting Owls confront the New Waverly Bulldogs (New Waverly, TX) in a 3A Region III District 23 game, on Friday, September 26. Anderson-Shiro will attempt to advance on its 14-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-19 record after their 3-0 league loss to Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX).
