California High School Football - Capital Christian knocks off Christian Brothers

The Capital Christian Cougars football squad scored 53 points and limited the visiting Christian Brothers Falcons to 42 in the Cougars league win on Friday.

The Cougars now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to El Camino for a Capital Athletic League battle on Thursday, September 30. Capital Christian will play a Eagles squad coming off a 56-20 league loss to Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

Coming up next, the Falcons play the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a Capital Athletic League battle, on Friday, October 1. Christian Brothers will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Raiders go into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 19-18 league loss to El Camino (Sacramento, CA).
