September 24, 2021: Geneva, NE 68361 The Fillmore Central Panthers football team (Geneva, NE), was beaten 37-13 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting St. Paul Wildcats (St. Paul, NE)
The Wildcats (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wood River/Shelton (Wood River, NE). The Silverbacks come into the C1 District 6 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Wood River/Shelton was beaten by Adams Central (Hastings, NE), 48-0, in a league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Superior for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 1. Fillmore Central will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 14-0 league win over Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.
