The Trojans (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Elmont Memorial (Elmont, NY). The Spartans come into the Section 8 Conference II challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Elmont Memorial was ripped by New Hyde Park Memorial (New Hyde Park, NY), 14-6, in a league challenge.
The Highlanders now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 1. Herricks will meet a Cougars team coming off a 41-33 non-league loss to Sewanhaka (Floral Park, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
