Illinois High School Soccer - Crystal Lake South nudges Hononegah
September 24, 2022: Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Crystal Lake South Gators (Crystal Lake, IL) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gators confront the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Crystal Lake South will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Bison enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL).
The Indians now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bartlett for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 24. Hononegah will confront a Hawks team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 5-2.
