The Cathedral Fighting Irish held off the visiting Center Grove Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Fighting Irish now have a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Silver Creek for a non-league test on Saturday, September 24. Cathedral will confront a Dragons team coming off a 3-0 league win over North Harrison (Ramsey, IN). The Dragons record now stands at 13-9.
