Kentucky High School Volleyball - Wayne County tips Whitley County
September 24, 2024: Monticello, KY 42633 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Wayne County Cardinals (Monticello, KY) and the visiting Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY), observed Wayne County's volleyball team hold off Whitley County by a tally of 1-0.
The Cardinals (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton County (Albany, KY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record.
Next, the Colonels meet the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets (Williamsburg, KY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 26. Whitley County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
