September 24, 2024: Cary, IL 60013 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL) and the host Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL), saw McHenry's soccer squad prevail over Cary-Grove by a count of 4-0.
The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL). The Chargers enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Dundee-Crown by Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Trojans confront the Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 26. Cary-Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL).
