September 24, 2024: Elizabeth City, NC 27909 Albemarle School Colts (Elizabeth City, NC) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Albemarle School advances its record to 6-6 on the season. The Colts travel to Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC) to face the Raiders in a test on Thursday, September 26. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 3-12. Pungo Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC)
The Eagles now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pungo Christian Academy for a test on Tuesday, October 1. Northeast Academy will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 4-13.
