Michigan High School Soccer - Mattawan knocks off Lakeshore
September 24, 2024: Mattawan, MI 49071 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Mattawan Wildcats (Mattawan, MI) and the visiting Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI), saw Mattawan's soccer squad knock off Lakeshore by a count of 3-0.
The Wildcats (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Battle Creek, MI). The Bearcats enter the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Central by St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Lancers battle the St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) in a Southwestern Michigan - West battle, on Thursday, September 26. Lakeshore will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
