Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Strath Haven nudges Springfield
September 24, 2024: Springfield, PA 19064 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Strath Haven Panthers (Wallingford, PA) and the host Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA), saw Strath Haven's soccer squad hold off Springfield by a count of 1-0.
The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Ridley (Folsom, PA). The Raiders enter the Central battle with a 0-6 record.
Next up, the Cougars battle the Conestoga Pioneers (Berwyn, PA) in a Central battle, on Thursday, September 26. Springfield will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Pioneers enter the battle with a 10-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA).
