September 24, 2024: Reidsville, GA 30453 Cook Hornets (Adel, GA) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Tattnall County Warriors (Reidsville, GA), 12-3 in a league game.
With the triumph, Cook upgrades its record to 14-3 on the year. The Hornets host Worth County (Sylvester, GA) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 25. The Rams enter the game with a record of 8-11. Worth County lost 8-0 in their recent league game against Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA)
The Warriors now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Treutlen for a non-league game on Monday, September 30. Tattnall County will play a Vikings squad coming off a 13-5 league loss to Wilcox County (Rochelle, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-10.
