September 24, 2024: Eldon, MO 65026 Jamestown (Jamestown, MO) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Eldon Mustangs (Eldon, MO), 11-5 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Jamestown improves its record to 10-5 on the year. The travel to St. Elizabeth (St. Elizabeth, MO) to clash with the Hornets in a test on Thursday, October 3. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 12-2.
The Mustangs (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Owensville (Owensville, MO). The Dutchmen go into the non-league test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, Owensville held off St. James (St. James, MO), 17-2, in a league test.
