Arizona High School Football - Cactus prevails Sunnyslope
September 24, 2025: Glendale, AZ 85306 In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Cactus Cobras football squad scored a good 27-0 triumph over the Sunnyslope Vikings.
The Cobras (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Apollo (Glendale, AZ). The Hawks go into the battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Apollo was dropped by Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ), 47-27, in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ironwood for a battle on Wednesday, October 1. Sunnyslope will play a Eagles team coming off a 18-6 non-league win over West Point (Avondale, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
