North Carolina High School Football - Fuquay - Varina falls to Southeast Raleigh
September 24, 2025: Raleigh, NC 27610 The Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs felled the visiting Fuquay - Varina Bengals football team by a score of 28-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Clayton Comets (Clayton, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 2. Southeast Raleigh will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Comets go into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 40-30 non-league win over Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC).
The Bengals (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Cleveland (Clayton, NC). The Rams come into the test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Cleveland knocked off South Garner (Garner, NC), 32-6, in a non-league test.
