Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Bennington Badgers (Bennington, NE) and the visiting Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE), witnessed Bennington's softball squad tip Millard South by a count of 3-1.

The Badgers now sport a 19-4 record. They play next when they host Elkhorn North for a non-league match on Monday, September 27. Bennington will meet a squad coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to Bishop Neumann (Wahoo, NE). The record now stands at 11-10.
