September 25, 2021: Manteno, IL 60950 The Manteno Panthers volleyball team (Manteno, IL), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings (Flossmoor, IL)
The Vikings (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Chargers come into the SouthWest Suburban challenge with a 7-12 record. In their last challenge, Stagg went down by Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) in a Illinois Central Eight challenge, on Thursday, September 30. Manteno will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 4-18 record after their 2-1 league loss to Herscher (Herscher, IL).
