September 25, 2023: West Grove, PA 19390 In Monday's non-league game, the Avon Grove Red Devils (West Grove, PA) football team smashed the visiting Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA), by a score of 36-0.
The Red Devils (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA). The Knights come into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Academy Park was ripped by Unionville (Kennett Square, PA), 32-20, in a non-league game.
The Vanguards now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Penn Wood for a non-league game on Monday, October 2. Sun Valley will battle a Patriots team coming off a 44-0 non-league win over Coatesville (Coatesville, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
