Massachusetts High School Soccer - Danvers nudges Pentucket Regional
September 25, 2023: West Newbury, MA 01985 Danvers Falcons (Danvers, MA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Pentucket Regional (West Newbury, MA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) in a Northeast challenge, on Friday, September 29. Danvers will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Tanners enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 2-2 league Beverly (Beverly, MA).
With the loss, Pentucket Regional drops to 2-6 on the season. The travel to Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA) to encounter the Pioneers in a Cape Ann test on Tuesday, September 26.
