September 25, 2023: Kings Mountain, NC 28086 In Monday's league battle, the host Kings Mountain Mountaineers soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Forestview Jaguars.
The Mountaineers (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders come into the Big South 3A battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, South Point nudged Crest (Shelby, NC), 8-0, in a league battle.
The Jaguars (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies come into the Big South 3A battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Huss was nudged by Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC), 6-0, in a league battle.
