September 25, 2023: Macon, GA 31216 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Deerfield-Windsor Knights (Albany, GA) and the host Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers (Macon, GA), witnessed Deerfield-Windsor's softball squad prevail over Central Fellowship Christian Academy by a count of 12-3.
The Knights now sport a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Valwood for a GIAA 3AAA match on Tuesday, September 26. Deerfield-Windsor will meet a Valiants squad coming off a 15-6 non-league loss to Southwest Georgia Academy (Damascus, GA). The Valiants record now stands at 3-9.
With the loss, Central Fellowship Christian Academy moves to 3-10 on the season. The Lancers host Windsor Academy (Macon, GA) to meet the Knights in a GIAA 6AA match on Tuesday, September 26. The Knights go into the match with a record of 8-7. Windsor Academy lost 10-2 in their recent non-league match against Robert Toombs Christian Academy (Lyons, GA)
