September 25, 2023: Deering, MO 63840 In Monday's non-league contest, the Delta Chargers (Deering, MO) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Blytheville Chickasaws (Blytheville, AR), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Chargers face the North Pemiscot Mustangs (Wardell, MO) in a Class 1 District 1 contest, on Thursday, September 28. Delta will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 2-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO).
With the loss, Blytheville moves to 0-6 on the year. The Chickasaws travel to Trumann (Trumann, AR) to face the Wildcats in a 4A Northeast contest on Tuesday, September 26. The Wildcats go into the contest with a record of 5-11. Trumann lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Valley View (Jonesboro, AR)
