Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA), 6-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Springfield advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Haverford (Havertown, PA) to clash with the Fords in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Fords come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Aces now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley Forge Military Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1.
