North Carolina High School Volleyball - Maiden tips Lake Norman
September 25, 2024: Maiden, NC 28650 The Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC) volleyball held off the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC), 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils now possess a 15-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bandys for a bout on Tuesday, October 1. Maiden will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league win over East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 12-3.
With the loss, Lake Norman drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Monday, September 30. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 2-7. West Cabarrus lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)
